The General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
General
We manufacture gymnastics shoes that are sustainably and fairly produced. The materials come 100% from the EU and are elaborately handcrafted in our own factory. It is our aim to serve you according to your needs and to your full satisfaction. Therefore, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are to be seen as the basis of a fair customer relationship. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms and conditions. Changes to these general terms and conditions are possible at any time. The GTC valid at the time of the order therefore apply to all contracts.
Prices
All prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the statutory VAT of 7.7%. Tiger Swiss AG accepts all major credit cards and instant transfers, represented by Klarna, as a means of payment. Payments via Paypal and Twint are also possible.
Order / delivery within Switzerland
Deliveries are made optionally after authorization of payment and the products are delivered immediately if in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent via e-mail with the expected delivery date.
Economy shipping within Switzerland takes 2-5 working days.
Priority shipping within Switzerland takes 1-3 working days.
deliveries abroad
Deliveries abroad are generally possible. Import duties, which the recipient has to bear, may apply depending on the country and the scope. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the cheapest shipping option is always chosen for shipments outside of Europe.
Exchange/Return
Your order is binding. In principle, ordered items can be returned. For a valid exchange or return, please send the unused, originally packaged products within 10 working days to:

We ask you to check the delivery for correctness and integrity upon receipt and to forward any complaints to us immediately. 10 days after receipt of the delivery, this is considered approved.
Liability
Tiger Swiss AG assumes no liability for undeliverability or late delivery of products due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, or events attributable to force majeure.
data and security
Only the data required to process the order is recorded. We undertake to treat personal customer data confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation. The customer data is neither passed on to third parties nor used for third-party advertising.
